"A Single-Cell Spatially-Resolved Human Whole Transcriptome Atlas of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Associates Spatial Features with Clinical Response"
Dr Dharmesh Bhuva is an NHMRC Emerging Leadership Fellow at the Frazer Institute, University of Queensland, where he develops computational methods to study tissue architecture in cancer using spatial molecular data. His methods have been downloaded over 240,000 times globally. He has recently been awarded an MRFF grant and an NHMRC Investigator grant to identify spatial biomarkers of immunotherapy response in NSCLC.

"Developing Bioconductor tools for long-read sequencing analysis"
Prof. Ritchie initiated the BiocAsia meetups and conferences in 2015 and was the driving force behind these events for many years. He has also been a vital member of the global Bioconductor community since its formation in the early 2000s, and is a long-standing contributor to multiple Bioconductor packages including limma and edgeR.
